Was going to post these tutorials in the tutorials section but the may be to basic - Will leave it to you admins :P



Scan Bar

Made in Photoshop cs1 & image ready
If using CS2 or 3 skip step 2 ;) - When saving, choose "Save For Web & Devices"

Scan Bar - This tutorial was created by Cadet - any likeness to any other tutorials is just that a likeness. Thank you

1. Create your image in photoshop, for this tutorial i will use a sig i made previously.

2. Go to file --> Edit in ImageReady ( image will then open in imageready )

3. Draw an orange bar across the top of your image and set it to overlay


4. Go to your animation window ( window > animation ) at the bottom of ImageReady ( if you cant see animation window go to Window --> tick Animation


5. Duplicate Current frame


6. then with the 2nd frame highlighted use the move tool and drag the orange bar to the bottom of the image

7. Go back to the animation window and press the Tween button


8. Inside Frames to add type 25 - leave rest of settings as defaults

9. Your done - press play to preview...

This tutorial is not of the highest standard but should help you on your way
